A one-off engagement or retainer. We work through the problem together — I help find the solution, you implement it.
From 1 week. Format: online / in-person. Retainer engagement available.

Project Partner
I join the team as a partner, overseeing the full path from analysis to delivery. I assemble the right people, run the project, take responsibility for results.
1–6 months. Team assembled to fit the task.
Format 3
Equity Partner
I join as a co-founder or strategic partner. I share risks and results. For ambitious projects that need someone on the inside.
6–18 months. Long-term partnership.
